This is probably the most debated subject when it comes to seo tools. Is there a tool out there that is superior to all others? You probably came across the Seo Elite website and you were blown away by what it "offers". Now you are here because you either want reassurance or maybe you are sceptical.

I am going to talk about Seo Elite now and I want you to trust my judgement, because firstly I have a copy of the software, secondly I bought it to make sure that the claims are true and thirdly I know alot of software products and in most cases the claims are a bit exaggerated, especially those that are aimed at people that are new to the "area of interest", in this case link exchange and seo.

Firstly SEO Elite was designed by Brad Callen, owner or Bryxen Software. Seo Elite was previously known as "Link Proctor". When Link Proctor was launched it was a very good tool at it's time due to the fact that one could check if link partners still linked back.

Seo Elite does the following - I copied it from the sales page, because it's all true.
It's a little stretched out though:.

•     Whether or not they're still linked back to your website

Why didn't I compare Seo Elite with any other link exchange seo software tool?
Well, most websites rave that seo elite is the best...you believe them and they get paid for giving false information. And just as Seo Elite gets bragged about as the best, so does IBP 9 and that's why they need to be compared. Seo Elite is mostly a link management tool, while IBP 9 is literally a "link management & search engine optimization tool".

IBP 9 is a combination of 2 software products, namely IBP and Arelis and has all of the features of SEO elite and much more. Arelis is probably the most powerful desktop link management tool. Arelis on it's own is a far more powerful link management tool than Seo Elite and combined with the SEO ability of IBP it takes 1st prize.

The only thing that's more appealing about SEO Elite is that it's much easier to use and cheaper.
IBP 9 takes a little more brains to figure out, but it's definitely worth the money. The reason IBP is priced higher is definetly because of the total package.

And another thing, it uses human emulation to when querying the search engines, so the search engines won't know, or ban you!

My opinion is that IBP 9 is truelly THE BEST desktop SEO Link Management Tool. It's a little pricy though (but really worth it). $249.95 for the Standard version or $449.95 for the Business edition. The standard edition can manage up to 5 domains at a time, while the Business edition can handle more than 5 domains at a time.

It's up to you what you choose. Maybe the second best choice Seo Elite is a better fit for most due to the cheaper price of $167, but if you can manage to pay more IBP 9's standard or business edition, do it.

It's all up to you. I'm not telling you to buy the product.
